Jennie joined Kastell in June 2013. She specialized in competition law upon qualifying as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2003. Prior to joining Kastell, Jennie worked as an associate at the London offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Linklaters LLP. Jennie advises clients on the competition law aspects of transactions and assists them with notifications to competition authorities in many different jurisdictions, including the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission. She also advises on other areas of competition law, and has represented clients in competition law-based litigation.
